  • Each package is for one (1) month and is auto-renewing until cancelled
  • Our monthly clients receive priority over one-time projects
  • Subscription fees do not include any 3rd party fees that may be incurred as part of providing these services (i.e. website hosting fees)
  • You can switch packages as well as pause, resume or cancel your subscription anytime as necessary to meet your needs and budget

    9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Response Time means you will receive a personal response from us regarding your request within that time frame.
  • Emergency Support is for when you need immediate assistance. It allows you to jump to the front of our to-do list.
    (only once per month, to respect others' projects)
